02 / Free Inspection & Quote
We inspect the tool and confirm what is needed before repair work begins. If additional work is required beyond a standard service, we quote that separately for approval first.
03 / Full Service & Testing
Once approved, we strip, clean, repair and rebuild the tool as needed, replacing worn parts and testing it properly before it leaves the bench.
04 / Pickup or Delivery
Pick your tool up from our Auckland workshop or have it sent back by tracked courier, whichever suits your job and location best.

Standard Service Cost
Standard tool servicing is $184 + GST per tool, with additional repairs quoted separately if required.
Additional Repairs
If extra repair work is needed beyond the standard service, we’ll let you know and quote this separately before going ahead.
Typical Turnaround
Many standard servicing jobs are completed quickly, and most services and repairs are turned around within 2 working days.

Do I need to book a time to drop my tool in?
No — just bring it in during business hours. If you’re sending it by courier, include your contact details and we’ll be in touch when it arrives.
Can I send my tool by courier?
Yes. We service tools from anywhere in New Zealand — just book a repair and we’ll send packing and courier instructions.
Can I get a tool on loan while mine is being repaired?
Yes — check our Tool Hire page, if we have a suitable loan tool available, we’re happy to help you out so you can keep working while your tool is being serviced.
Can you do same-day or urgent repairs?
We can in many cases — just give us a call first to confirm availability. Same-day turnaround depends on workload and parts.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most tool repairs are completed within 2–3 working days once approved. Larger rebuilds may take slightly longer depending on parts availability.
