We’ll inspect your tool and provide a no-obligation quote before any work begins. For couriered tools, we can often estimate costs based on the issue and model.
03 / Full Service & Testing
Once approved, we’ll strip, clean, and rebuild your tool, replacing worn parts and testing it to factory performance standards before it leaves the bench.
04 / Pickup or Delivery
Collect your tool in person or get it shipped back via tracked courier — whichever suits you best.

What brands do you service?
We repair tools from Paslode, Senco, Fasco, BeA, Bostitch, Josef Kihlberg and more. Not sure if yours qualifies? Just ask — we’ll let you know.
Do I need to book a time to drop my tool in?
Nope — just bring it in during business hours. If you’re sending it by courier, include your contact details and we’ll be in touch when it arrives.
Do you accept couriered tools from outside Auckland?
Absolutely. We service tools from all over New Zealand — just courier it to our workshop. We’ll inspect it, send you a quote, then fix it once approved.
Can I get a tool on loan while mine is being repaired?
Yes — if we have a suitable loan tool available, we’re happy to help you out so you can keep working while your tool is being serviced. Availability depends on what’s in stock at the time.
Can you do same-day or urgent repairs?
We can in many cases — just give us a call first to confirm availability. Same-day turnaround depends on workload and parts.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most jobs are completed within 2–3 working days. We’ll give you an ETA once we’ve inspected the tool.
How much will it cost to repair my tool?
We’ll inspect your tool and give you a free quote — no pressure, no obligation. You’ll only pay once you approve the repair.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes — every tool is bench-tested before it leaves. If anything’s not right, we’ll fix it.
