Once approved, we’ll strip, clean, and rebuild your tool, replacing worn parts and testing it to factory performance standards before it leaves the bench.
04 / Pickup or Delivery
Collect your tool in person or get it shipped back via tracked courier — whichever suits you best.

Do I need to book a time to drop my tool in?
Nope — just bring it in during business hours. If you’re sending it by courier, include your contact details and we’ll be in touch when it arrives.
Can I send my tool by courier?
Yes. We service tools from anywhere in New Zealand — just book a repair and we’ll send packing and courier instructions.
Can I get a tool on loan while mine is being repaired?

Can you do same-day or urgent repairs?
We can in many cases — just give us a call first to confirm availability. Same-day turnaround depends on workload and parts.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most tool repairs are completed within 2–3 working days once approved. Larger rebuilds may take slightly longer depending on parts availability.
