Welcome to Airgun Services Ltd. By using this website, purchasing products, or booking services through us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Shipping Information
We service the wider Auckland region with nationwide tracked courier delivery and selected shipping to Pacific Islands.
Most orders are dispatched from our Auckland store.
If multiple items are ordered, they may ship separately.
Delivery Timeframes
Auckland & NZ Urban: 1–3 working days
NZ Rural: 3–5 working days (rural surcharge may apply)
Pacific Islands: 5–10 working days
These are estimates only. Delivery may be affected by public holidays, weather, or courier delays.
Shipping Notes
All orders are tracked.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
In-store pickup available — contact us to arrange.
Courier used may vary.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you give courier permission to leave a parcel unattended, Airgun Services Ltd is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage after confirmed delivery.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, let us know.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or not what you ordered:
Contact us at office@airgunservices.co.nz within 7 working days
We may request return of the item or photos for inspection
If approved, we’ll offer a refund, repair, or replacement (at our discretion)
Return shipping will be covered if the fault is confirmed
Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection. Please choose carefully.
Optional returns for change of mind may be approved on a case-by-case basis with a 20% restocking fee and buyer covers shipping. Contact us before purchase to discuss.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item:
Return within 14 days of purchase
Item must be unused, with all tags and original packaging
You cover return shipping
A 20% restocking fee may apply
Repairs & Service Returns
We accept returns via courier or in-store drop-off
Repairs must be requested before the tool has been worked on
If cancelled after work has begun, fees may apply
Return Process
Email office@airgunservices.co.nz with your order number and reason
We’ll confirm next steps — including where to send your return
Pack the item securely — returns sent without authorisation won’t be accepted
Consumer Rights
All returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
