New Tools – according to tool manufacturer

Air Gun Services 2012 Ltd undertakes to replace or repair, at its option, any goods supplied by them in accord with the warranty policy of the manufacturer of that product if a defect in material or workmanship arises under conditions of normal and proper use and maintenance (fair wear and tear excepted), provided that all of the following are true: 
a) The goods were operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating instructions.
b) The goods have not been repaired or modified by anyone other than the Seller or at the Seller’s direction.

c) The defect occurs within the warranty time frame specified by the manufacturer and the purchaser notifies the Seller within that time.
d) Consumable items (including driver blades) are excluded from the warranty provisions.

Second-hand Reconditioned Tools – three months

Air Gun Services 2012 Ltd undertakes to replace or repair, at its option, any second-hand reconditioned tools supplied by them if a defect in material or workmanship arises under conditions of normal and proper use and maintenance (fair wear and tear excepted), provided that all of the following are true: 
a) The goods were operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating instructions.

b) The defect occurs within three months of purchase of the tool and the purchaser notifies the Seller within that time.
c) The goods have not been repaired or modified by anyone other than the Seller or at the Seller’s direction.
d) Consumable items (including driver blades) are excluded from the warranty provisions.

Full Service – three months

Air Gun Services 2012 Ltd undertakes to repair, at its option, any tools previously serviced by them if a defect in the repair arises under conditions of normal and proper use and maintenance (fair wear and tear excepted), provided that all of the following are true: 
a) The goods were operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating instructions.

b) The defect occurs within three months of repair of the tool and the purchaser notifies the Seller within that time.
c) The goods have not been repaired or modified by anyone other than the Seller or at the Seller’s direction.

d) Consumable items (including driver blades) are excluded from the warranty provisions.
